Payments
FAQOnline orders can be paid for using major credit or debit cards, Klarna (only available for the following countries Italy, Spain, France, Ireland, Greece, the Netherlands), iDEAL only for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium, PayPal and Apple Pay.
In the event that one or more of the payment methods listed cannot be used, possibly also in relation to a specific product, this will be clearly indicated on the site, at the start of the purchase procedure or, at the latest, before the user concludes the purchase and transmits the order. In any case, the unavailable payment method(s) shall not be selected by the user during the purchase process.
Check that you have entered the details correctly. If you are paying by credit card, you will be asked for a temporary verification code or a code will be sent to you via text from your bank with the request to authenticate the transaction.
If these steps have been completed without success, please write to customer service, possibly including a screenshot showing the page where you are unable to proceed, or alternatively contact your bank to make sure you are in line with PSD2 regulations.
The first figure on the statement may correspond to the request for payment authorisation while the second is the confirmation of the actual charge. If, after checking this, you find you have been charged twice, please contact customer service.
All digital payment procedures take place via a secure connection. It is now even more secure thanks to the new PSD2 regulations.
